Jan is a Managing Partner at T&S Properties. She is responsible for overseeing real estate acquisition and sales, financing, property management and leasing.
Jan is also the Chief Operating Officer of Oceanit, a diversified engineering and tech company that is involved in aerospace, engineering, life sciences and information systems. Prior to Oceanit, Ms. Sullivan practiced land use law, then went on to become the Director of Planning and Permitting for Honolulu and the Island of Oahu.
Jan received her B.A. from the University of Colorado, and Juris Doctor from the William S. Richardson School of Law. She is Vice Chair for the Board of Regents which governs the 10 campus system for the University of Hawai’i and has served on numerous boards, commissions and community organizations.
David is a Managing Partner at T&S Properties. He has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in analysis, acquisition, and disposition of office, industrial, and retail properties. He works closely with brokers and managers to strategically position properties for maximum value based on market conditions.
His background and experience from the principal side enables him to view properties from a higher level strategic perspective.
David received his B.A. from Middlebury College, and an M.A. Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Hawaii, Manoa.
Matthew is a Principle at T&S Properties. He is a member of the firm’s new property acquisitions committee and oversees investment and operational activities.
Matthew is the founder and CEO of StoryTree Inc. a software company based out of Palo Alto, California. The company is a leading developer of mobile apps for photo and video services and has been operating for over 6 years. He also serves as a mentor for the Silicon Valley startup incubator, 500 Startups, and advises entrepreneurs on how to build successful startup companies.
Matthew received his B.A. in Physics and Economics from Middlebury College. He also received his Masters in Product Design from the Hasso Plattner Institute of design (d.school) at Stanford University.
Pam is responsible for the financial, accounting, and operations-related functions of T&S Properties.
